NASHVILLE, Tenn. Dave Ramsey's Real Estate Resource reports that it broke a new record with 391 homes listed for sale by its agents representing more than $75 million in real estate. The Real Estate Resource began referring customers to real estate agents in 2002 as a way to serve the listeners of "The Dave Ramsey Show."
"We've learned that if we help enough people and only work with talented agents, the business will grow," said Jack Galloway, director of Dave Ramsey's Real Estate Resource. "The fact that we charge no fees to the agents other than a referral fee lets the agents know we are only interested in growing if we can better serve the customer."
The more than 290 agents in the Real Estate Resource sell an average of 60 homes per year.
Dave Ramsey was once an agent and is very knowledgeable in the field yet he chooses to use a professional real estate agent when buying and selling property. The Real Estate Resource is the only real estate referral program endorsed by Ramsey, host of "The Dave Ramsey Show." Ramsey listeners trust his advice on getting out of debt and building wealth. Ramsey is heard by more than 2 million listeners, on more than 270 stations nationally in addition XM and Sirius Satellite Radio Networks.
Dave Ramsey's Real Estate Resource is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Lampo Group, Inc. and "The Dave Ramsey Show." The online agent referral service personally calls and serves every family that chooses to work with its referred agents. Users will find the experience to be high touch and high service.
