Will the event be streamed live?

Yes! The event will be streaming live in Central Time. The stream will be available to replay for 24 hours following the conclusion of the event.

How do I access the livestream?

We'll send your unique link to the email address you use to purchase the livestream. Make sure to search your email for that link before you contact us.

Can I watch the livestream on my mobile device?

You sure can! However, we recommend watching on a larger screen for the best viewing experience. Most TVs come with AirPlay, SmartCast or Chromecast, which allow you to share your phone or computer screen wirelessly on your television. Since there are so many ways you can connect to a TV, we can't help you troubleshoot your specific setup—be sure to research it before the event!

How do I make sure I’m viewing live?

The stream gives you the option to rewind and fast-forward. To be sure you’re watching live, drag the bar all the way to the right.

Can I pause the video?

Yep! If you need to take a break, you can pause the video. But there are live interactions happening with other viewers, so if you pause the video and get behind you may miss out on some cool things that happen during the event.

What do I need in order to watch the livestream?

You will need a high-speed internet connection and a device with a web browser.

Do you recommend using a certain browser for the livestream?

The stream is live, but the video isn't playing. What should I do?

First, make sure you click the Play button on the viewer. Second, check your internet connection. If neither of these fixes the issue, click the Help button at the bottom right of the page to contact one of our online experts.

I can see the video, but there's no audio. What should I do?
