We share all feedback, unedited, with your ELP.

A note about complaints: We have found that most complaints can be resolved simply by talking with your ELP. The root of most issues is communication—or lack thereof. If possible, voice your concern with your ELP and give them the chance to address it directly before contacting us.

For situations that cannot be resolved directly, we will carefully review each one and will contact the ELP to discuss before taking action. All complaints are kept on file for reference.
