Is there a waitlist?

YES! If you are interested in joining us on the 2020 Live Like No One Else Cruise, please join our waitlist on ramseycruise.com. If cabins become available, our team will be in touch.

Do I need to pay for the entire cruise when I book my cabin?
 

NO! We know that this probably wasn’t in your budget this month! All that is required to reserve your cabin is a $500 deposit per person. Your cruise needs to be paid in full by November 22, 2019. Our cruise partners, Inspiration Cruises & Tours are more than happy to set up a schedule that can accommodate you. 

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. Fees will apply if you cancel but we understand things happen.

Jan 23, 2020 – Feb 20, 2020      50% of total package
On or after Feb 21, 2020               No refunds 

Can I change my reservation?

Yes. For a $100 fee, you can make a change to a reservation through January 22, 2020. No changes will be allowed on or after January 23, 2020.

Additional fees may be assessed by suppliers for connections booked from your home city, as well as forced single occupancy due to roommate cancellation. Those fees charged will be passed along to the passenger. Change fees are not assessed for upgrades or for the addition of services unless air reservations are altered and/or travel documents must be reissued.

What does the price of the Live Like No One Else Cruise include?

In addition to all of the one-of-a-kind Live Like No One Else Cruise content (e.g., talks, concerts, etc.), you also get all the things that make Holland America Cruise Line amazing! This includes, but is not limited to, meals (including 24 hour room service, but not meals at the specialty restaurants); non-carbonated, non-alcoholic beverages (e.g., coffee, juices, tea, etc.); use of the ship's beautiful pools; and use of the ship's health and fitness center. All gratuities for meals and cabin stewards are covered as well.

The price does not include airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases (e.g., spa services, specialty restaurants, carbonated and bottled beverages, alcoholic beverages, gift shop, etc.), gambling, excursions, or travel insurance.

Do you offer waitlists for specific cabins?

Yes! If the category of cabin you want is sold out, book another category and then contact our cruise partners, Inspiration Cruises & Tours, at 855-680-0550 to be put on a waitlist for the room type you desire. If rooms open up, we will go to the waitlist first. 

When will I receive my tickets and how will they be sent?

Your travel documents will be sent to the email address in your account approximately 30 days prior to departure. NOTE: If you do not provide us with an email address, your paper documents will be sent to you via FedEx and there will be an additional fee of $20 for this mailing service.

Is there accessibility for guess with disabilities?

Yes, there are both Fully Accessible and Ambulatory Accessible rooms.

Fully Accessible rooms provide wide interior and exterior doors, wheelchair access to both sides of the bed; and a roll-in shower with grab bars, a shower seat, accessible shower controls, and a handheld shower head. Suites A7094, A6150, A6148 and staterooms VA8147, VA8145, VA8134, VA8132, I7108, I7099, I6131, I6116, V5175, V5152, I5133, I5112, V5057, V5055, V5054, V5052, VH4146, VH4167, VH4107, VH4096, C1134, C1125, C1123, C1121 are fully accessible.

Ambulatory Accessible rooms provide a shower with grab bars, accessible shower controls, and a handheld shower head. There is step-up into the bathroom,  a threshold into the shower, and standard interior and exterior door sizes. Suites SA7085, B8101 and staterooms K11049, VB11038, VQ10033, VE8142, VD7049, K6185, VC6158, V5048, V5051, FB1172, E1175 are ambulatory accessible.

Additionally, wheelchair and motorized scooter rentals are available. Please call our cruise partners, Inspiration Cruises & Tours at 855-680-0550 to request a handicap accessible room and/or this service.

Are kids allowed on the cruise?

Yes. They can live like no one else too! All passengers have access to Holland America Line's youth activities program, Club HAL, which offers an array of entertaining events for kids and teens ages 3 - 17, supervised by a full-time, professionally trained staff. They'll have an opportunity to join other kids their age for arts and crafts, sports, video game competitions, scavenger hunts, challenging team games and themed parties. 

I'm travelling alone and would like a roommate. How does that process work?

Simply request information about room sharing and we will send you a program agreement for you to complete and return. This form allows you to specify preferences for potential roommates and gives useful information related to traveling with a roommate. After receiving your completed Room Share Program Agreement, we will contact you with options to complete your room share.

Can I book a hotel before or after my sailing?

 

Yes. Our cruise partners, Inspiration Cruises & Tours are happy to help you book a hotel prior to or after your cruise. 

How do I get to the cruise ship?

If you are nervous about getting to the ship let our cruise partners, Inspiration Cruises & Tours help arrange transfers to and from the ship.

You are free to take a taxi, Uber or Lyft directly to and from Port Everglades as well.

What is the cruise itinerary?

We think it’s amazing! Four amazing destinations and two glorious days at sea. What more could you want?

On March 22, we'll depart from Ft. Lauderdale at 4:00 pm.

We'll port in our first destination, Half Moon Cay, Bahamas, on March 23 at 8:00 a.m. We'll depart at 4:00 pm to spend the next day, March 24, at sea.

We'll arrive in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas (USVI) at 11:00 am on March 25th. We'll depart at 11:00 pm.

Our next destination is San Juan, Puerto Rico. We'll be there from 7:00 am—2:00 pm on March 26.

On March 27, we'll arrive in Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos Islands at 11:30 am, and depart at 6:00 pm.

We'll spend the next day, March 28, at sea.

Our cruise will conclude on March 29 when we arrive in Ft. Lauderdale at 8:00 am.

When will boarding begin?

Cruise boarding begins approximately 4 hours prior to sailing, and all passengers must be checked in at least 90 minutes before sailing.

Do I need a passport?

For United States Citizens:
A valid passport book and driver's license is required for all travel outside of the United States. Passports must not expire within six months after your date of travel in order to be considered valid. For further information and passport requirements, please visit www.state.gov. Passport cards will not be accepted to meet this requirement.

For Non-United States Citizens:
All non-citizens of the U.S. must have passports, visas and other documentation normally required for the entry into the country of destination. It is important that you contact the consulate of your citizenship regarding the required documents for the cruise.
