Dave’s Thoughts: Good to Great is the premier business book of the last decade and is required reading for my leadership team. All of Jim Collins’ books are absolute must-reads. He’s a fantastic writer and one of the best researchers around for business writing.
The Book: QBQ: The Question Behind the Question
The Author: John Miller
Dave’s Thoughts: John Miller is one of the few people I've allowed to be a guest on The Dave Ramsey Show. QBQ is the best book on personal responsibility available today. This is required reading for my team.
The Book: Developing the Leader Within You
The Author: John Maxwell
Dave’s Thoughts: Anyone who wants practical steps on how to lead a team should read this book. John Maxwell is fantastic on leadership. I’ll read anything he puts on paper.
