Turn Control Over
It's never a good decision to have someone else manage and decide what happens to your money.
QUESTION: Listener asks at what point they should turn over control of their money to an investment planner. Dave thinks that concept is a bad idea.
ANSWER: It’s always good to do it yourself. You can have brokers who suggest mutual funds and things to invest in, but don’t EVER have someone else manage and decide what happens to your money. That responsibility is up to you. If you entrust the fortune that you built to someone else and they run away with it, you’ll be left with nothing. Take care of your own stuff.
