Financial Peace Workplace Edition includes two main components.

First, the course features Dave Ramsey's high-energy teaching on DVD. His informative and entertaining presentation will teach your employees how to win with money, while confronting some common bad financial habits and myths that cause stress in their personal—and professional—lives.

Second, each session includes group discussion, exercises and real-life testimonies. The facilitator leads this portion, helping your team apply what they have learned and make a plan for the coming week.

Delivery

Financial Peace Workplace Edition can be modified to fit a wide variety of scheduling demands and workplace environments. You can offer the program during the day or after normal work hours—a practical option if employees' spouses would like to attend. Our team will consult with you to build a program that meets your organization's specific needs.

Some of your options include:

Weekly Workshops (two hours each)

Changing behavior takes time and practice. With this option, you will host one lesson each week over a 12-week period (three complete monthly budgeting cycles). This method helps consistently engage your team and reinforces Dave Ramsey's financial principles through weekly exercises.

Customized Workshop Series

This model will allow an employer to deliver any number of the lessons in a series of workshops over any period of time. Popular examples include a series of six four-hour workshops delivered every other week, or a series of four weekend sessions (three lessons per session) delivered once a month over a four-month timeframe.

Kickoff Events

This four-lesson model is designed to get employees thinking and to help them understand the four key concepts of winning with money:

1. Saving money with confidence.
2. Eliminating debt and living debt free.
3. Creating a cash flow plan that makes your money go further.
4. Investing for the future.

Financial Peace Workplace Edition Online

With our online learning option, your employees can complete the entire Financial Peace program from the comfort of their home. With high-quality videos, in-depth questions and a vibrant online community, Financial Peace Workplace Edition is a great option when other workplace models are not convenient.

The online program can also supplement the other traditional models—allowing you to offer the course to employees who telecommute or frequently travel.

Facilitation

Each program needs a facilitator—someone who leads group discussion, asks workbook questions, and encourages employees during the program. What are your facilitation options?
