What is the workplace Train the Trainer program?
Over the course of four intense days of training, Train the Trainer will equip one of your employees to be an expert facilitator of Financial Peace Workplace Edition. Once your organization has its own trained facilitator, you will be able to offer ongoing Financial Peace programs throughout the year.
What is the role of the facilitator?
Financial Peace Workplace facilitators supplement Dave Ramsey's teaching on DVD by leading the program in engaging group discussions and challenging exercises. Facilitators do not teach; they simply encourage and "cheerlead" participants throughout the length of the program.
