What a stranger can do
Dave reads a Fox news story about a woman whose house was in foreclosure. At the auction, a stranger did what some would only dream of doing, and made someone's day at the same time.

I wonder what is going to happen next year. If this lady had an ARM, she is merely renting till the rate gets adjusted anyhow. All the nice lady did is hold the situation at bay a few months longer. The house is bought back, but next year, the homeowners will probably be in the same situation. They don't have any more money to live on than they did before the house was bought for them. Now they have all the back payments and debts and situational problems that caused them to get into the foreclosure in the first place.
