Hmmm...I have NEVER heard Dave Ramsey say he and his wife are forced to tithe...but I sure have heard him explain why he, and all of us, are to give.
Julie needs to watch "The Great Misunderstanding".
would have heard that one of the main things he
says is to tithe and do even more than just 10%
and how good it makes you feel to give and do
for others. Sadly, there are too many Julie's
in the world that feel that government should be
their sole support. That is why our country is
in such bad shape now. Nobody wants to work for
it they just want the instant gratification.
Dave has worked hard and paid his dues, to me he
is an inspiration. An icon to look at and say,
gosh he did it, so can I. Keep up the great work!
Many wealthy have Foundations that do great work. While not all Scottish Rite Masons are millionaires,
the Scottish Rite Hospitals do a lot of work on children who are handicapped or burn victums and the
parents are not changed a penny. What about Danny Thomas's St. Jude Children's Research Hospital again
known not to charge some parents.
