Finding your calling

Question: Lindsay has been out of school for 6 years. Her degree in business administration is broad and makes it hard for her to know how to market herself. She's never made more than $10 an hour and doesn't know how to market herself.

Dave Ramsey's advice (from special guest Dan Miller): You've got real world experience, and that's good. It's not a matter of looking until you find the perfect opportunity. Eighty five percent of finding what you want to do comes from looking inward. Find what you love to do. What are your passions, what gets you fired up? You need just 1 right application for you. Until you find what you bring to the table, you'll stay at the bottom of the ladder. But when you find it, you'll be able to rocket up out of that $10 an hour job.
