I cannot agree more with this quote! I have been substitute teaching since I graduated from college (this past May) and it is so sad to see how lazy the students are. They all want to grow up and become "rich" but they aren't willing to do anything to achieve that wealth. And I have to say, the school systems aren't doing much to encourage hard work either!
