Highlights from the Dave Ramsey Show

Although this is a great idea, I doubt the government charity will never be replaced because there will always be people that choose not to work or make a better life for themselves. They want to be lazy and try all they can to live off the govt. A local charity would not give continuously to that person because they would see what was going on. The govt won't look into that behavior too much and will continue writing the checks to the lazy bum. I'm sure there's enough people out there to keep the demand for the govt checks going.
