Chief Operating Officer

For more than 16 years, Matt Woodburn has been a key player at the Lampo Group, Inc., serving as one of Dave's closest advisors. As Chief Operating Officer, he manages the company's day-today operations and oversees five areas, including accounting, web development, human resources, information technology and shipping. He also serves on the company's operating board. Before being named COO, Matt led the live events, publishing and school curriculum teams. Prior to joining Dave's team, Matt spent more than 19 years in his family's automotive business. His insights and advice on family-business scenarios are second to none!

Jen Sievertsen

Chief Marketing Officer

Jen Sievertsen joined Dave’s company in August 2009 as the Executive Director of Internet Marketing and was later promoted to Chief Marketing Officer. She also serves on the company’s operating board. She has more than 17 years of experience in marketing and strategy with companies such as La-Z-Boy, Motorola and Newell Rubbermaid. Before joining Dave's team, Jen was with La-Z-Boy Incorporated for six years in various marketing roles, including the Vice President of Brand Marketing, where she was responsible for the overall marketing strategy, national advertising, online marketing, market research, public relations and licensing. She has her M.B.A. from Northwestern University and her B.A. from the University of California.

Chris LoCurto

Vice President

As one of Dave Ramsey's key leaders over the past 10 years, Chris LoCurto served as the Vice President of Live Events. In that time, he oversaw Total Money Makeover LIVE!, a concert-like show on personal finances, leading its growth from 1,600 to 11,000 attendees per event. His team of event coordinators, marketers and sales staff more than tripled during that time. Chris is an accomplished speaker and has traveled extensively throughout the United States sharing Dave's leadership principles and keys to business development. In addition to this, he has been a mainstay at every EntreLeadership conference, providing business counseling and advice based on more than a decade of leadership experience with Dave Ramsey. Chris is also the host of the EntreLeadership Podcast, the number-one business podcast in the country.

Debbie LoCurto

Executive Vice President, Church Division

As Executive Vice President of the Church Division, Debbie LoCurto oversees the company's highest-grossing department. With a team of more than 70 people, she has been instrumental in bringing the message of Financial Peace to more than 1.5 million families since Dave hired her in February 2000. Debbie also serves on the company's operating board.

Chris Mefford

Vice President, Live Events

Chris came to Nashville after a decade and a half of living in Canada. As Vice President of Live Events, Chris leads a team who creates and coordinates numerous events in cities across the country, helping thousands of people. He's also the producer of the EntreLeadership Podcast, the number-one business podcast in the country. Prior to his new position, Chris oversaw of all the advertising and marketing, including television, radio, print, web and social media, for live events, where he had an unmatched ability in developing strategies to measure advertising and marketing success. Before joining Dave's team, Chris owned an advertising agency that catered to small- and medium-sized businesses.

Daniel Tardy

Vice President, EntreLeadership

Daniel has worked with Dave since 2004. He first learned the EntreLeadership principles as part of Dave's in-house leadership course. Since then, he has been passionate about helping business leaders accomplish their goals using the same EntreLeadership principles that inspired him. When he's not building the EntreLeadership brand, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, participating in triathlons, and reading business books.
