Anton's Story

Dave’s advice and a book he recommended, "Good to Great" helped me to make the necessary shift from optimist to realist.

Anton has such a giving heart and a desire to follow the Lord. Anton and his wife were there for me when my family and I were in need. You've been a true blessing to my family.

For years Anton's zealous pursuit of God has been an inspiration for me and many others. He and Cindi are making a major impact in lives for Jesus! Pastor Dave Miller

I haved worked with Anton for some 20 years. 1st as a Superintendant, and now as a General Contractor. His crew has always been exceptional. Even when he started out and it was just Anton. His struggle is shared by all of us. I am contacted by carpenters, suppliers, subcontractors everyday looking for work. We have downsized as well. Anton has the right attitude. His success includes managing to keep his family in good spirits, while he has endured this economy, including his other health conditions. One hopes the worst is over. Thanks for your inspiring words. Kelly

Anton is one of the hardest workers I know but he has gone beyond that and become a good manager of people instilling in them loyalty, trust and a love of hard work to give the best to his customers and make them look good. He will not only survive this recession but thrive.

Hughes Protzman August 20 2010 12:06 PM

I have know Anton about 8 years now and find him to be a very positive and uplifting role model, His family values have always been held to a high level, and the respect he give to others is admirable. Keep up the good life Anton!

One of the things that makes my husband an exceptional leader that he would not share is the way he leads by example, willing to deliver materials to his guys, join them working nights or on a difficult stock to make it more fun and keep up morale. Mentoring them to think for themselves, problem solve to get the job done fast and for less. While Anton is a natural leader and remarkably creative he is not administrative, and neither am I which is why we would benefit from the Entreleadership conference.

Wow! What an inspiration this is. You listen to the video and walk away with enormous hope for the future. Anton's willingness to be open about the struggles of running a business and personal toll it takes is awesome. He certainly is an overcomer and his business will no doubt thrive.

I am not sure where to begin when it comes to the awesome comments I would love to make about Anton, his family, and members of his business. All I can say is Anton is someone I try to be like and often go to him for guidance regarding my life, my job, and many other things. He has spent the last 9 years working with me as a volunteer wrestling coach and has shared life skills through sport. He often shows these young men and women what hard work is and what it takes to be successful in life. I will end with a couple of phrases he came up with for a few of my team wrestling shirts...Anton has the "E.D.G.E". He is willing to put forth the EFFORT to make things work. He has the DESIRE to make it happen. Because he has both he will GAIN EVERYTHING he sets his heart and soul to. Anton has "I.T". A man of INTEGRITY and TENACITY!

I'm proud of my brother for managing to continue his business in these hard times. We can only say thank you for giving him the guidance and further knowledge to keep his business afloat. He's always been a great rock and inspiration to the rest of our family.

Anton, Your testimony touched my heart. I am a friend of Hughes & Sherry Protzman. He was my pastor in 1979 and I love them very much and have stayed in touch with them. I hope you win. Many blessings to you and your family.

Anton and Cindi and cindi have been close friends for over 10 years. They've been a blessing to our church, formerly serving as our children's pastors and now our family pastors, as well as a blessing to my family.

I have known the Boggios for many years and have seen them touch the lives of many people in a positive and generous way. For years he ministered to the needs of the down and out on the streets of Everett, WA. I have seen him hire young men and mentor them, leading them to life changing walks with Christ. His children have learned to make similar impact on those around them as well. This can only happen in a family where the Mother and Father have established the family on a rock solid foundation.

Anton and Cindy employed both myself and my wife before God moved us to Iowa they own JTEC for one reason to give money and resources to Gods people. I had my left knee replaced in May 2009 they paid what the insurance didn't and when my wife and I went on missions to Tanzania they paid for us to go "don't tell any one no one knows that" they do what my wife and I pray we will be able to do someday. Even more than money they give time.

Cindi and Anton are a sub-contractor that I use. They have been a model for me through this current economic down turn. My family and I are recent Dave Ramsey disciples and Anton has been a strong support for us. Thank you my friend!

An inspiring story! The Boggio's are leaders with strong spirit and heart, and that includes their four children!!

BriAnne Green August 15 2010 3:54 PM

Anton has been a lifelong friend and we've watched his persevering quality and generosity be a part of their lives from the first days of drywalling to the present. Thanks, Tony and Cindy, for being a light in the business world and through that helping many people, including our own mission!

Steve Youngren August 15 2010 7:36 AM

Anton lives a life of generosity and excellence in all he does. His business JTEC has not only helped our church in many different ways and with various projects, but they've helped other churches as well, not to mention the many individuals I have personally seen him help in their time of need. I can't think of any more worthy of winning this contest.

Pastor Jeff Dutra August 14 2010 9:16 PM

Anton and his wife are one of the most generous people I know, they give beyond and above as the Lord leads them. Not just to churches or missions, but individuals.
