4. How to Enter: You enter by submitting to Lampo a video not to exceed three minutes in length, or an essay (with picture) not to exceed 500 words, telling why you believe you deserve a scholarship to EntreLeadership in Cancun, Mexico from October 24 to 30.
5. Entry Subject: We’re looking for inspiring stories of leaders and businesses that are providing hope, helping those in need, and rising to the challenges of a down economy.
6. When to Enter: You may enter at any time, beginning as soon as you learn about this contest, and you may enter as many times as you wish. You may consult and work with as many people as you wish, but only one prize will be awarded for the winning entry.
7. Submission of Entries: Video entries shall be uploaded by following the instructions on the EntreLeadership landing page of the Dave Ramsey website.
8. Eligible Entries: In order to be eligible for the scholarship, your entry must be actually received at Lampo by noon, CDT, on August 27, 2010. Lampo assumes no responsibility for aiding or assisting any entrant in making sure that his or her entry is received on time.
9. Handling of Entries: Entries will be read or viewed as soon as practical after receipt, and posting will take place as soon as a selected entry has been chosen. The choice of entries to be posted is strictly up to Lampo. Only those entries which are posted will be eligible to be voted for when voting begins.

Voting will end on August 31 at noon, CDT.
13. Entries Continuing: Entries will be accepted after voting begins, but those entries so accepted will still be subject to the stated end of the voting period. It is understood that the earlier entries will have an advantage. The timing of receipt is strictly up to the entrants.

They will be told what time the winner will be announced on the afternoon of September 1, 2010. Any of the finalists not available to be called by Lampo at that time, if they win, will be eliminated. The winner must be available.
15. Final Judging: The finalists that have agreed to be available to be called by Lampo will then be resubmitted to the designated Lampo staff members, who will select the final winner and give that name and number to Dave, who reserves the right to call and notify the winner on the air.
16. The Grand Prize: The winner will receive a full scholarship to the EntreLeadership Master Series in Cancun, including up to $1,000 in airfare for them and their spouse.
17. Substitution of Prizes: Lampo may substitute prizes at its will, so long as the total value of each of the prizes remains the same as stated above.
18. Entries Not Received: Lampo cannot be responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any computer, online, or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries will become the property of Lampo and will not be returned. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
