- Include your ELP's name
- Be specific and accurate with your complaint
How we handle complaints
- We share all complaints, unedited with your ELP.
- We carefully review your complaint and discuss it with your ELP.
- Though we will not share our action with you, we will take appropriate action against the ELP when necessary.
- We keep a record of all complaints.
Before you file your complaint
Often we find that most complaints can be resolved by simply talking with your ELP. Before filing your complaint, ask yourself the following questions. If you answer "Yes" then fill out the form below.
- Did I voice this complaint with my ELP?
- Did I give the ELP a chance to correct the situation?
